Infrastructure & Construction Management 基建与施工管理

Lead planning, design, construction, and supervision of new construction, expansion, and renovation projects; ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
统筹新建、扩建、改建项目的设计与施工管理，确保符合当地法规及国际标准。

Facilities & Utilities Operations 厂务与公用设施管理

Manage the full lifecycle of plant facilities, equipment, electrical systems, pipelines, wastewater treatment, and related infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations.
负责厂房、设备、电力系统、管道、污水处理等基础设施的全生命周期管理，确保安全高效运行。

Energy & Environmental Compliance 能源与环保管理

Optimize consumption of water, electricity, gas, and other utilities; drive energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
优化水、电、气等能源消耗，推动节能降本措施。

Oversee compliance of environmental systems (e.g., exhaust gas treatment, wastewater discharge) to meet Malaysian and international environmental standards.
监督环保系统（废气、废水处理）合规运行，确保符合马来西亚及国际环保要求。

Vendor & Contractor Management 外部合作方管理

Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers; control procurement costs and ensure service quality.
管理外部承包商、供应商及服务商，控制采购成本并确保服务质量。

Safety, Audit & Compliance 安全、审计与合规

Ensure compliance with Malaysian OSHA, Environmental Quality Act, building regulations, CIDB standards, and ISO requirements.
确保工厂符合马来西亚《职业安全与健康法令》、环境质量法、建筑法规、CIDB及ISO标准。

Lead safety audits, risk assessments, emergency response planning, and regular drills.
主导安全审计、风险评估，制定应急预案并定期演练。

Cross-Functional Collaboration 跨部门协作

Work closely with production, engineering, HR, EHS, and other teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
与生产、工程、人力资源、安全环保等部门紧密合作，确保工厂顺畅运营。

Requirements / 任职要求

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
本科及以上学历，机械、电气、土木工程或相关专业。

8–10 years of facilities/plant utilities management experience in manufacturing; at least 3 years in team leadership.
8–10年以上制造业厂务管理经验，至少3年团队管理经验。

Familiar with Malaysian construction regulations (e.g., CIDB), environmental standards, and fire safety codes.
熟悉马来西亚基建法规（如 CIDB 标准）、环保要求及消防规范。

Experience in new plant setup or major renovation projects; strong knowledge of tendering, construction, and commissioning processes.
具备新厂房筹建或大型改造项目经验，熟悉招标、施工及验收流程。

Proficient in English, with the ability to speak Malay and Chinese.
