Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in facility maintenance within manufacturing or property management.
• Familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, lighting, air conditioning, and plumbing.
• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving and hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repair of facilities in dormitories, office areas, and workshops.
• Install, commission, inspect, repair, and replace electrical, lighting, air conditioning, and plumbing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities, identify potential hazards.
