Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and perform preventive maintenance actions for all machineries and other factory facilities including freezer and cold-room
• Conduct troubleshooting on faulty machines and liaise with vendors on repairs
• Ensure safe work procedures and practices, maintain clean workplace, and comply with safety regulations and rules
• Ensure compliance with government regulatory bodies, especially in terms of plant specifications
• Ensure spare parts inventory and procurement costs are properly managed
• Initiate continuous improvement plans to improve machine efficiency

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Highly preferred candidates have experience in Food Frozen Manufacturing, including freezing refrigeration systems and cold-room
