Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Vocational Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with Malaysian safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong project management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of facility infrastructure.
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance and emergent repairs for facility systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Quickly identify and resolve facility operation issues.
• Ensure that facility operations comply with local regulations and safety codes.
• Assist with authority-related audits and statutory license renewals.
