We specialise in results-driven facials, nails, brows, and lash services, using medical-grade products and high-performance machines to elevate natural beauty. We are expanding our facial team and looking for a skilled and passionate Facial Therapist to join our growing family.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facial Therapist who is confident in deep cleansing facials, extractions, facial massage and has strong knowledge of skin health. Experience with laser or advanced facial treatments (e.g., Pico, LED, microcurrent, microdermabrasion) is a bonus.

You will play a key role in delivering LYLA’s signature experience—combining gentle technique, effective results, and warm hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, extractions, masks, facial massage and advanced protocols.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain excellent client care, ensuring guests feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of.
• Uphold LYLA’s service standards: calming presence, gentleness, mindfulness, and results-driven approach.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms according to salon SOP.
• Keep accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Assist in retail product recommendations and after-care guidance.
• Support daily operations when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a facial therapist or esthetician.
• Experience with manual extraction skills.
• Experience with laser or advanced treatment devices is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, contraindications, and proper sanitation practices.
• Gentle but confident hands, with a passion for delivering visible results.
• Warm personality and strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn LYLA protocols.
