F/Time Retail Sales Associate – Just Parfum 1 Utama/Sunway Pyramid Mall

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, achieve store sales targets, and maintain smooth daily operations. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers choose the right products while ensuring the store is organised and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and engage customers with a positive attitude
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Support daily sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle basic cashiering, payment processes, and packing

Store Operations

• Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and product arrangement
• Restock shelves and monitor product expiry/condition
• Assist with receiving stock and simple inventory tasks
• Follow store SOPs to ensure smooth operations

Brand Presentation

• Ensure products are well-displayed and pricing is accurate
• Keep the store environment neat, organised, and aligned with brand guidelines

Teamwork

• Work closely with teammates to achieve store goals
• Support manager in running promotions, events, or campaigns

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is an advantage (but not required)
• Good communication and customer-service skills
