  • Possess a Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Mandarin, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in Operations Management, Restaurant Management, and Team Leadership, with a track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant locations.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Management principles, including P&L Management, budgeting, and cost control within a restaurant environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control procedures and Inventory Control best practices to ensure consistent product quality and minimize waste.
  • Experience in Sales Management, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the area.
  • Proficiency in Performance Management, including setting performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance evaluations for team members.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations within a designated area, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Implement and maintain company standards for food quality, customer service, and restaurant cleanliness across all locations.
  • Manage and mentor restaurant managers, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance and career development.
