Job summary

A leading food production company in Seberang Perai, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage logistics, receive orders, and ensure timely collections.   • Receive sales orders and upload them using the provided Google link.
  • Work closely with the Planner to determine ETA dates based on production timelines.
  • Ensure smooth loading and delivery arrangements.
  • Coordinate and ensure shipping documentation is processed accurately.
  • Follow up on customer payments for timely collection.
  • Prepare and submit monthly forecast orders to the Accounts Department.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales collection reports.
  • Manage import regulations and clearance procedures.
  • Handle sample room arrangements and coordinate customer visits.

Job description

Receive sales orders and upload them using the provided Google link.

Work closely with the Planner to determine ETA dates based on the production and shipment timeline.

Ensure smooth loading and delivery arrangements.

Coordinate and ensure all shipping documentation is processed accurately and on time.

Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection.

Prepare and submit monthly forecast orders to the Accounts Department.

Prepare and submit weekly ETD sales reports to the Accounts Department and Director.

Prepare and submit weekly sales collection reports to the Accounts Department.

Follow up closely on submissions and pre-exhibition arrangements.

Maintain proper filing and handle administrative tasks related to the Export Sales Department.

Manage import regulations, documentation, and clearance procedures.

Handle sample room arrangements and coordinate customer visits (samples, refreshments, etc.).

Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Requirements

Candidate must possess an SPM or Diploma and above in any related field.

Command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and able to write, and can communicate well with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
