Responsibilities

• Implement and manage system/equipment upgrading per the annual plan.
• Assist the in-house maintenance team to ensure system performance.
• Review the effectiveness of department SOPs for continuous improvement.
• Execute projects related to TCS, TCSS, and Network upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with Specifications & Requirements for operating highways.
• Analyze system compatibility and propose budgetary improvements.
• Cooperate with internal & external parties to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with external authorities on Highway System Technology.
• Streamline department functions for better performance and efficiency.
• Manage annual budget utilization and staff competency development.

Overview

Execute and follow through the project & operation in terms of completion date, system testing, system performance & improvement, system upgrading and Operation & Maintenance effectiveness in achieving the division and Company’s Vision & Mission.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• To implement, manage and complete the system/equipment upgrading as per annual plan and budget in ensuring the Toll Highway Operation runs efficiently.
• Assist and support the in-house maintenance team at subsidiaries for TCS & TCSS in ensuring the performance and system uptime as the Toll Operation Requirements.
• Review the effectiveness of the department SOP(s) for the continuous improvement and up to date technology and system and process requirement.
• Execute and follow through the upgrading & new project related with TCS, TCSS & Network under PROLINTAS Highways.
• Manage, Review and follow through the implementation of TCS, TCSS & Network System for the operating highways under PROLINTAS Group in ensuring the compliance of the Specifications & Requirements.
• Monitor, Periodic Assessment, analyze the system (inclusive the computer hardware, IOS and software applications) compatibility & obsolescence, benchmark with the latest technology and propose with strategic improvement & budgetary.
• Cooperate with internal & external parties to achieve mutual goal in ensuring toll Operation is not interrupted with very minimal downtime.
• Assist HOD and HODiv to foster Liaison with external authorities and other corporate entities to represent PROLINTAS Group Companies in relation to Highway System Technology.
• Assist HOD and HODiv to formulate and streamline the overall department/division functions & responsibilities by aligning the department/unit scope of works and job functions to ensure better performance and efficiency.
• Assist HODiv to manage the annual budget is utilized as per plan & plan for staff competencies improvement and carrier development plan for high performance staff.
• Degree In Computer Science, or Electronics or Mechatronics, or Degree related with Information Technology.
