A leading automotive company in Selangor is seeking a dedicated Executive, Service Training. This full-time role focuses on shaping the technical competencies of the workforce by conducting high-quality training sessions, developing instructional materials, and ensuring training in adherence to safety standards. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree or diploma, have at least 3 years of experience in training program development, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Executive, Service Training to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the technical competencies of our workforce and elevating service excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting high-quality technical training sessions aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements
  • Developing and maintaining instructional materials, assessment tools, training manuals, and teaching aids
  • Preparing comprehensive training reports, annual training plans, and conducting training needs analyses
  • Planning and executing skills development initiatives and apprenticeship programs
  • Ensuring all training activities are carried out in strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field is preferred; possession of a TVET training certificate is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training program development, content creation, and facilitation
  • Strong technical proficiency and understanding of automotive service operations and industry best practices
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation and strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Prior experience in the automotive or professional training industry is a plus
