A leading insurance firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Executive/Senior Executive for Data Privacy & Legal Operations to assist in implementing privacy programs and coordinating training sessions. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in relevant fields and have 0-5 years of administrative experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. The role involves monitoring privacy champions and supporting the legal department. Knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Companies’ Privacy, Data Protection, and Responsible AI programs in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions and awareness programs on Data Privacy, Personal Data Protection, and Responsible AI for employees and agents across the Companies.
Monitor and track the performance of Data Privacy Champions within the Companies, ensuring timely reporting and engagement.
Coordinate meetings related to Legal and Data Privacy matters, including managing attendance, preparing agendas, and drafting accurate minutes.
Assist in administrative tasks related to Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
Provide administrative assistance to the Privacy Function and Legal Department, including handling billing, scheduling events, and other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or Head of Department.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate in Law/Legal Studies, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or related fields.
