Job description
Responsibilities
  • Safeguard company assets, property, and personnel by maintaining a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular patrols of premises and perimeter to prevent unauthorized access and detect signs of intrusion or irregularities.
  • Monitor and control access at entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  • Prepare detailed daily reports on activities and irregularities such as theft, equipment damage, or unauthorized persons.
  • Investigate disturbances and suspicious activity; respond lawfully to protect life and property.
  • Apprehend offenders and remove violators as needed.
  • Monitor security systems, including alarm systems and CCTV, and operate emergency and detection equipment.
  • Validate and prepare Memorandum of Payment (MOP) for security‑related service providers.
  • Coordinate with emergency services such as police or fire departments in the event of incidents.
  • Operate screening devices to prevent the entry of prohibited items into restricted areas.
  • Maintain and inspect security systems and equipment for proper operation and tampering detection.
  • Warn individuals of rule violations or misconduct, using appropriate force when necessary.
  • Procure HSSE‑related equipment through e‑WOPS or direct purchase channels.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a security‑related role.
  • Proven experience as a Security Guard or Officer in a relevant capacity.
  • Proficient in operating security systems and responding to emergency situations.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security procedures, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent surveillance and observational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and conduct; must have a clean criminal record.
  • Physically fit and able to handle potentially high‑pressure situations calmly and effectively.
