About the role

We are seeking an Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at Ann Joo Steel Services Sdn Bhd (part of Ann Joo Resources Berhad) in Shah Alam Seksyen 15. This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing accounts, and supporting product promotions through technical expertise and market insights.

Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for conducting outdoor visits to customers to build closer relationships and expand services and sales.
  • To manage sales targets and payment collections for assigned customer accounts.
  • To report on sales performance, stock movements, and pricing strategies to the Sales General Manager.
  • To respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to supply, quality, and product solutions.
  • To manage stock movements, product disposal, and sales forecasting to ensure effective account handling.
  • To keep track of market prices and monitor competitor activities for reporting to the Sales General Manager.
  • To promote products based on engineering and technical requirements, including support for trial developments of customer-produced items.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experiences in Sales / Business Development / Customer Relationship Management / Accounts Management will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency inspoken and written English is required (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and maintaining long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
