About the Role

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring retail sales across Signature dealer outlets, ensuring accurate product specifications, pricing, margins, deliveries, and post‑sales follow‑ups. The role also supports retail events and works with stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and market positioning.

What you’ll be doing
  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealers on product information, promotions, deliveries, and order coordination.
  • Manage dealer after‑sales matters by coordinating between dealers and internal teams.
  • Conduct scheduled dealer visits to review sales performance, identify challenges, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Support dealer growth by arranging product and sales training with HQ when required.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, product trends, and pricing.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and improve brand visibility.
  • Educate dealers on new products, features, and promotional programs.
  • Participate in exhibitions and on‑ground sales activities, including booth setup and customer engagement.
  • Handle customer enquiries and coordinate delivery arrangements during exhibitions.
  • Earn 2% commission on personal sales achieved during exhibitions.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in kitchen appliances or consumer electrical products.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen appliance products and market trends.
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong dealer relationships.
  • Outgoing and confident personality with a passion for meeting and engaging people.
  • Willing to travel nationwide as required.
  • Willing to work on weekends during exhibitions, with replacement leave provided.
