Job description

Responsibilities

Conduct approval and periodic supplier audits which covering raw materials, packaging, and ingredient suppliers and verify compliance with food safety standards including but not limited to HACCP, FSSC22000, GMP, FSMA, local regulatory requirements.

Develop and define clear quality specifications and requirements for suppliers.

Issuance of Supplier Quality Complaint Report (SQCR) for the identified non-conformities.

Establish supplier management program and documentation in compliance with Food Safety Management System.

Oversee Supplier Performance Management and Risk Management to identify performance gaps, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.

To ensure all supplier’s documentation required are updated including but not limited to HALAL certificates, origin declaration, allergen declaration, GMO/ non-GMO declaration related to raw material specification, packaging specification, ingredients, carton and chemicals are available and compiled.

Maintain the retention samples of the approved incoming packaging material and raw material.

Ensure FSSC, ISO 9001, GMP, HALAL, HACCP compliance by Warehouse personnel.

Support internal food safety culture by sharing audit findings, highlighting supplier quality improvements, and contributing supplier-related insights to other departments.

Verify incoming quality inspection record and sampling plan.
