About the role
As the Executive Product Training at NAZA EASTERN MOTORS SDN BHD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's product knowledge and training initiatives. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and will involve developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure our sales team is equipped with the expertise to effectively promote and sell our products.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate the sales team on product features, benefits, and unique selling points
• Conduct regular product knowledge sessions and workshops to keep the sales team up-to-date with the latest product updates and developments
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to gather information and insights to enhance the training materials
• Create and maintain training manuals, presentations, and other educational resources to support the sales team
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of training programs, and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist in the preparation of product launch events and promotional activities
• Provide support and guidance to the sales team to ensure they are confident in representing the company's products
