Job Responsibilities
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM

Experience and Skills
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Sales Acumen: Expertise in the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client accounts. This includes the ability to craft compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and assess potential risks to company growth.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver persuasive pitches and presentations, as well as to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
