We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Executive - Personal Financial Services (Auto Loan Sales) to join the Hong Leong Bank Berhad team in our Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time position is integral in supporting our clients' financial needs and driving the growth of our auto loan portfolio.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Executive - Personal Financial Services (Auto Loan Sales) to join the Hong Leong Bank Berhad team in our Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time position is integral in supporting our clients' financial needs and driving the growth of our auto loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

Functional

• Achieve sales targets by securing quality loans aligned with portfolio mix strategy while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process loan applications by verifying documentation authenticity, conducting thorough KYC interviews, obtaining customer consent, and performing CTOS enquiries in compliance with guidelines.
• Perform accurate data entry in LOAD$ system, prepare credit recommendations, and provide timely case status updates to dealers on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely issuance of Letter of Undertaking, follow up on HP Agreement execution, and serve Product Disclosure Sheets while briefing customers on agreement terms.
• Investigate and resolve delayed approvals or disbursements, prepare proposals for panel dealerships and dealer facilities, and conduct site visits as required.
• Undertake additional ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Managerial

• Act as a buddy to new joiners and assist / provide guidance as needed.

Organizational

• Develop and manage the relationships with car dealers.
• Cross-sell efforts to provide referrals and leads for Hong Leong Group of companies.
• Adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in complying with audit, compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

• Malaysia Citizen.
• Candidate must possess at least an SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build business relationships with customers and car dealers.
• Applicants must have own transport.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent in adaptability & execution skills.
• Fresh graduates or with minimum 1 year of working experience in Banking or Auto industry.
