Job summary

A leading aviation organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive for Network Analytics & Systems Support. You will provide analytical insights and assist with decision-making for the Network Planning and Fleet divisions. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and experience in finance or network planning. Key responsibilities include monitoring profitability reports and conducting scenario planning. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Revenue Management, Network Planning or Analysis roles.

Responsibilities

• Support management of route profitability dashboard reports.
• Assist in different scenario runs and plans using Network Planning tools.
• Provide analytical support to the Network Planning team as needed.

Executive, Network Analytics & Systems Support

Reports To

Manager, Network Analytics & Systems Support

Role Purpose

To assist in providing analytical insights, data analysis and to leverage existing systems and databases to support the decision-making process for the Network Planning and Fleet divisions.

Key Accountability

• Monitoring and Reporting: To support management of the route profitability dashboard reports for MH and FY to support Network & Fleet decision-making and to advise Management on subsequent actions as well as being the single point of contact on all matters relating to network financials and KPIs
• Scenario Planning: To assist in different scenario runs and plans using Network Planning tools to monitor, examine and/or decide on the viability of current and/or future routes in the network
• Analytical Support: To assist in on-demand analytical support to the Network Planning team on various assigned Network projects and accompanying analysis as required
• Fleet Projects: To assist in analytical support on fleet projects, such as aircraft capability and economic analysis including cabin layout changes, fleet assignment changes and as-needed analysis
• Research & benchmarking: To assist in research and benchmarking on trends and latest developments affecting the current and future MAG network
• Training & development: To ensure personal training and development needs and to monitor progress with the Head of Department or Manager as necessary

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Mathematics/Economics/Business/Finance/Airline Management or any other relevant field
• MS Office suite – Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
• At least 1-2 years
