Summary

The executivewill focus on developing and executing consumer marketing campaigns with the goals to either drive brand awareness, customer engagement which ultimately contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans targeting various consumer segments, including promotional campaigns, tactical initiatives and thematic brand campaigns to achieve marketing goals.

Responsible for the development of quality marketing materials, both online and offline in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, such as Creative, Social Media, Digital Marketing, CRM, Retail Sales and Category teams, to align on marketing directions and marketing activations including new store launch, nationwide campaigns, tactical promo and membership activation program.

Responsible for supporting the AM/ Manager in tracking campaign budget, campaign performance, and analyzing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Support the AM/Manager in managing suppliers, media and advertising agencies to ensure agreed deliverables are met.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.

Minimum 2 years experience of marketing operations in Retail, FMCG or related industry.

Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Resourceful and able to work independently, as well as collaborate well with different stakeholders.

Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal skills.

Adaptable in a dynamic environment and work under pressure.

Willing to travel/relocate to Bukit Raja Klang.
