Overview
This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our retail pharmacy brand, creating compelling marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and conducting market research to drive brand visibility and customer experience and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
- Create marketing content for various channels including social media, email marketing, print materials, and website.
- Manage and optimize digital platforms including website, social media, and online advertising to drive customer footfall, traffic, customer acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct market analysis, customer surveys, and competitor research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and target customer segmentation.
- Develop engaging and informative content for marketing materials, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Assist in upholding and strengthening the brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, health campaigns, and community outreach activities.
- Identify, establish and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers for marketing sponsorships collaboration based on campaign objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, brand partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless marketing initiatives and event execution.
- Monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience, preferable within the retail pharmacy or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and compelling content ideas.
