Malaysia Marine And Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd – Pasir Gudang, Johor

Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountability
  • Bid Strategy Execution – Assist in the implementation of business strategies to support the achievement of revenue, order book targets, new and existing project opportunities.
  • Market Research and Business Intelligence – Assist and support in analysis of market trends & dynamics, customer database / behavior, competitors’ activities and industry trends to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Bid & Proposal Management – Preparation of proposal and submission of competitive and compliant bids by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Commercial Evaluation – Provide support in assessment of proposals’ & projects’ financial and contractual aspects to assist its overall viability, profitability and suitability for the Division.
  • Client Relationship Management – Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders (existing and new) and to proactively follow up on submitted bids and act on customer feedback to enhance bid competitiveness and secure orders.
  • Quality, HSE and Kaizen – Participate and support Division’s and Company’s Quality, HSE and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Government Agencies Operating Vessels – Sales strategy and execution specifically targeting government entities, including Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM), Marine Department Malaysia (Jabatan Laut Malaysia), Royal Malaysian Police Marine Operations Force, Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (APMM) and other government agencies operating vessels.
