Responsibilities

Responsible for requirement understanding, writing, developing, and updating business application programs or software that meet as per business requirement, providing first-level support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.

Responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and use of technology throughout the organization.

Collaborating with stakeholders to determine the optimal low-code technology approach to meet business objectives.

Areas of responsibility include the full range of information systems, telecommunications, and network activities, including determining user requirements and recommending practical solutions on hardware and software across the company to improve the effective use of technology.

The Job

The Low-Code Application Developer will analyze user requirements, participate in the development and enhancement of low-code business applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide first-level support to ensure smooth operation of these applications within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The specific day-to-day tasks of Programmer Analyst may vary depending on the organization, there are some common duties, among others are:

Gathering and analyzing requirements from internal users and translating these into functional specifications or service requests within the low-code platform.

Performing application customization, configuration, and minor enhancements such as report creation, mobile app integration, or workflow adjustments.

Providing first-level support and troubleshooting for low-code business applications to address user issues promptly.

Conducting database inquiries and data management tasks, particularly in MS SQL or similar databases, to support application functions.

Collaborating with the Infrastructure team for system updates, patches, and platform integrations related to the low-code environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar with minimum CGPA 3.00 & above.

Minimum of 2 years working experience in web-based and mobile application development, preferably with low-code platforms, and familiarity with application security best practices is an added advantage.

Certification such as Certified Low-Code Developer, or other relevant certifications is a plus.

Solid background in SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and Mobile Development tool and familiarity with Low-Code Platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Joget etc.

Understanding common system integration mechanism/ APIs method and ability to work with databases.

Experience in agile system development methodology and basic UI/UX Design skills in designing user-friendly interfaces.

Working in utility, oil and gas environment is an added advantage.

Cybersecurity exposure.

Good interpersonal and user-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and communicate technical details.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks, threats, patterns, and trends.

Ability to learn quickly and contribute to a team effort.

Able to work beyond normal working hours.
