Executive - Key Account & Customer Service

Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations for both internal and external needs.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly and accurately.
- Review and verify customer orders before processing.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
- Strengthen customer relationships to help achieve company goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls on project-related events with internal team and external customers.
- Review customer agreements before submission to the Legal Department.
- Assist in collecting market intelligence (e.g. market share, pricing, competitors).
- Guide and support junior sales staff in their roles.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or project coordination role is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in handling tasks.
- Good in handling customers and resolving issues.
