Responsibilities
  • Support daily sales operations for both internal and external needs.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly and accurately.
  • Review and verify customer orders before processing.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
  • Strengthen customer relationships to help achieve company goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls on project-related events with internal team and external customers.
  • Review customer agreements before submission to the Legal Department.
  • Assist in collecting market intelligence (e.g. market share, pricing, competitors).
  • Guide and support junior sales staff in their roles.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or project coordination role is preferred.
