A leading rubber company in Kuala Selangor is seeking an experienced HR professional responsible for developing training needs analysis, coordinating talent management programs, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. The ideal candidate excels in people management, has a strong background in coaching, and is adept at facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across the department. This role requires engaging with employees to enhance people management skills and drive organizational effectiveness.
Works with HRBP to develop TNA, mapping to ATP and to ensure effective selection of training providers, coordination activities, ensures completion training effectiveness and collation for data analysis, management of proper training records etc.
Continuous engagement with Managers and employee to provide support, guidance and coaching on people management skills. Provide input and feedback to SME for system continuous improvement.
Looking after the matters related Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) Programs/policies.
Mapping Annual Training Plan [ATP] based on needs analysis.
Coordinate with stakeholders to plan ATP related to compliance requirement.
Identify and select training provider and trainer and work out training cost and budget according to ATP
Coordinating activities, selecting training providers, and ensuring training effectiveness. The individual will be responsible for managing training records, providing support and coaching on functional/people managing skills, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage site KCDP – Kossan Competency Development Plan
Ad-hoc mapping of Training requirement based on request.
SME for identification and implementation of areas for continuous improvement including automation involving TMDS.
Coordinates learning and development program activities including forming committees, scheduling, event logistics and vendor relations.
Support Group L&D program and initiative
Developing competency gap closure plans and facilitating learning and development programs.
Works closely with Head of HR and HODs on the implementation of Talent Pipeline readiness and is regularly updated to ensure continuous ready supply of talents for ready now and ready next. To manage and to improve retention rate of critical positions and talents.
Design, plan, implement and manage programs for the development of internal talents. Monitor and track its progress updating site management from time to time.
Coordinating and providing administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as routine tasks to ensure smooth operations processes.
Managing relationships with worker communities & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Prepare the monthly IR-ER report and data analysis for management timely.
Works with Head of HR and HRBP to review internal processes regularly, update Work Instructions and SOP to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity. Performs audit to ensure compliance.
Communicate and provides advisory to site management / employee to ensure awareness and compliance to corporate policies and processes as well as local regulatory/statutory requirements.
To assist and monitor and oversee the daily operations of the department.
To ensure update and recommend continuous improvement on HR related matters.
To assist HR Dept. Head in company events management, liaising with internal committees and external corporate / government bodies.
