Job Responsibilities
  • Content & Campaign Support - Assist in creating and publishing digital content (social media, blogs, videos) and supporting marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, and email.
  • Website & Social Media Management - Assist in managing updates to the hospital website and creating daily social media posts to ensure timely, brand-consistent communication.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting - Monitor digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and prepare basic reports on engagement and lead generation.
  • SEO/SEM & Ad Coordination - Support paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and contribute to basic SEO tasks to drive traffic and visibility.
  • Collaboration & Admin Tasks - Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and assist in compliance processes such as KKLIU tracking.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Public Relations & Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiar with social media, basic analytics, and content tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva, Capcut).
  • Excellent communication skills & attention to detail.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
