Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent with technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services.
• Preferably 2 – 5 years of working experience in facilities or building maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning (HVAC), and fire protection systems.
