We are seeking a passionate and capable Executive Assistant to the President to help drive the company’s growth from 0 to 1.
Key Responsibilities
Business Model Development & Optimization
- Assist in refining and iterating the company’s business model.
- Support the formulation of strategic plans and execution roadmaps.
- Conduct market trend and competitor analysis to provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
Administration & Human Resources
- Manage daily administrative tasks including meeting scheduling, documentation, and cross‑department coordination.
- Support team building efforts, including recruitment, training, and employee relations management.
Resource Development & Client Negotiation
- Assist the President in communications and negotiations with medical institutions, financial partners, and pharmaceutical suppliers.
- Support the development and maintenance of key client relationships to achieve business ecosystem goals.
Business Implementation Support
- Facilitate local market expansion in Malaysia through policy research, resource alignment, and project execution.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant, project manager, or in business development. Experience in internet healthcare or financial services is a plus.
Language Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong cross‑cultural communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and partners.
