Job Overview
We are looking for a highly capable, strategic and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support both Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TIME Energy. You will be providing administrative support, managing executive communications, preparing high‑impact presentations, conducting research and analysis, and coordinating initiatives that involve senior leadership, Board members, and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the CEO & CFO’s priorities, messaging, and strategic direction are executed effectively and cohesively.
Your work life
Strategic Support
- Provide strategic administrative support to the CEO and CFO by managing priorities, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Anticipate executive requirements by understanding business objectives, initiatives, and decision timelines.
- Act as a gatekeeper to optimise executive time, meetings, and information flow.
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups arising from executive and management meetings.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external parties to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Support the preparation of executive‑level presentations, reports, and communication materials for the CEO and CFO.
- Assist with market research, competitor tracking, and policy reviews by consolidating inputs and analysis to support executive decision‑making.
- Maintain stakeholder records and engagement schedules, supporting the CEO & CFO in managing relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
Executive & Secretarial Support
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and business travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing packs for internal and external engagements
- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence
- Take accurate meeting minutes and maintain action logs
- Maintain structured and confidential document management systems
Communication, Governance & Operations Support
- Serve as a key coordination point between the CEO/CFO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely, accurate information flow while handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Identify, research and propose policies, SOPs, and process improvements to strengthen departmental operations.
- Review and propose amendments to legislation, governance policies, performance frameworks and risk guidelines relevant to TIME Energy.
- Assist with executive expense management, approvals, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, management reviews, and other strategic engagements.
- Support special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as required.
To be considered, you’ll need:
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Communications, or related field Is preferred.
- Experience working with C suite executives, senior stakeholders or Board facing roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Strong strategic analysis and research capability.
- Excellent written communication, with experience preparing executive level materials.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and digital collaboration tools.

- Able to balance strategic and operational/administrative work effectively
