Overview

Tristar Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Activation Executive (Event) to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor involves executing engaging and successful events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to ensure the company meets clients’ marketing objectives and expectations.
  • Coordinate with team members and coordinators.
  • Handle operations and recruitment activities.
  • Travel to on-site inspections and project manage events (weekends if needed).
  • Provide leadership, motivation, clear direction, and support to the operations team.
  • Maintain and monitor area activation delivered according to requirements.
  • Support the operations team with day-to-day event coordination of all activities.
  • Work with the team to develop and deliver activation specifications and ensure activation calibre meets objectives and client expectations.
  • Take full charge of project reporting and ensure reports are submitted on time with full justification (report weekly).
  • Support the delivery and execution of the project.
  • Understand store operations processes and key players to improve in-store execution.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and proposals.
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma.
  • 1-2 years in relevant field.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong skills in presentation, project management, interpersonal, logical thinking, and problem solving.
  • Stable under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, optimistic, hardworking, and willing to take on challenges.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player.
