Event Coordinator – Responsibilities

• Plan and brainstorm event concepts with the design team, aligning with client budget and spending plans.
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate ordering and production of event products, equipment and items.
• Communicate regularly with the client to understand needs, expectations and requirements.
• Recruit promoters and inspect ongoing arrangements on site to ensure smooth execution without glitches.
• Generate creative ideas regularly for event enhancements.
• Expertise in budget planning, negotiation and client communication.
