Job summary

A global financial services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate for Private Equity Fund Accounting. This position involves providing comprehensive fund administration for real estate clients, including preparation of Net Asset Value calculations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance/Accounting and has at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong computer skills and knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards are required. This role will require evening shift work from 2pm to 11pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting/audit/fund administration in the real estate sector.
• In-depth understanding of the fund industry is required.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide fund administration services to real estate clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes for audit purposes.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and brokers for smooth service delivery.
