Estate Supervisor (Based in Oil Palm Estate)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide supervision to ensure smooth running field operations.
• Assist in supervising daily operation, field maintenance and nursery management.
• Assist in estate operational management including utilization of human capital and materials, reduce and mitigate the pests and disease attack in plantation.
• Manage store (fertilizer, chemicals, POL, etc), machinery, and other tools.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Support estate administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with RSPO, MSPO & OSH requirements.
• Any other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Agriculture/ Plantation or any relevant field.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in plantation environment.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Work independently, dynamic and result oriented.
• Good people management, communication and report writing skills.
• Willing to work and live in plantation environment.
