Qualifications

• Diploma/ Certificate I SPM in Agriculture or equivalent required.

• Experience in estate and plantation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for staff's attendance.
• Planning and organizing daily routines and job specifications.
• Monitor and supervise fertilizing, poisoning, fruit cutting, and machinery.
• Maintain records of daily operations.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety.
• In charge of weighbridge operations.
• Assist Estate Manager with ad hoc assignments.
