A leading property development firm in Putrajaya is seeking an Assistant Manager - Corporate Sustainability. The successful candidate will implement sustainability strategies, coordinate sustainability efforts across departments, and lead in sustainability reporting. Ideal candidates should have a degree in relevant fields and a minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in the property sector. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of sustainability frameworks and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' related working experience, preferably in property or real estate sector.
• Knowledge of sustainability ratings (FTSE4Good, MSCI) is a plus.
• Self-starter, confident, and able to engage well with people.

• Implement sustainability strategies that support economic, environmental and social objectives.
• Coordinate with departments to monitor target achievement of deliverables.
• Lead in preparation of sustainability reporting and compliance.
