Job summary

A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking an ESH Officer to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Responsibilities include developing safety policies, conducting training, and managing incidents. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health and is registered with DOSH as a Safety & Health Officer. A minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is necessary. This role offers opportunities to lead safety initiatives and improve workplace conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of experience in ESH roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Competency Person for CePSWaM - Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws and prepare statutory reports.
• Conduct hazard identification and develop safety policies.
• Investigation of accidents and incident reporting.
• Maintain ESH records and prepare for audits.
