Job summary

A leading staffing solutions company is seeking an ERP & Manufacturing Systems Executive to manage ERP configurations and improve operational workflows. You will bridge communication between IT and business units, with responsibilities including inventory tracking and refining costing models. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 2-3 years of experience in ERP within manufacturing. This permanent position offers a competitive salary, located in Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field.
• Must have 2–3 years of experience specifically in ERP support or implementation within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong foundational IT knowledge and practical technical skills.
• Proficiency in management and communication.

• Salary : RM6,000- RM8,000
• Employment : Permanent Position

Responsibilities

• ERP Ownership: Control system configuration, manage who has access (Security/Governance), and ensure the database is stable and backed up. Primary translator between the company and external IT vendors or ERP consultants for all technical upgrades and bug fixes.
• Digitalization: Convert manual shop-floor processes and spreadsheets into automated ERP workflows.
• Operational Control: Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory tracking, material traceability, and production reporting.
• Financial Accuracy: Refine BOMs and costing models to improve data visibility on margins and efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• Requires a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
