Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in formwork, shoring, scaffolding, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and engineering standards.
• Professional engineering registration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering team.
• Provide expert guidance on formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions.
• Support Sales with technical solutions and attend client meetings.
• Oversee project planning and coordination with Operations.
• Ensure quality and compliance of engineering documents and designs.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to meet standards.
• Support development of local product strategy.
