Regular travel within SEA is required for onsite meetings and project support.

We’re helping them expand their engineering capabilities in Malaysia, and the role outlined above will be pivotal in driving technical excellence and supporting their growth across the SEA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the MEP team (mechanical, electrical, piping).
• Drive technical delivery for SEA clients, ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and BDMs to develop client proposals and scope solutions.
• Travel within SEA roughly once a month (23 days) for onsite meetings and project support.

Experience Required

• 15+ years in engineering, with 3 years leading an MEP or similar technical team.
• Proven track record of delivering complex MEP projects in the SEA region.
