Job summary

A manufacturing company in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced engineering professional to manage new product setups and oversee manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field with significant experience in engineering roles. Responsibilities include troubleshooting manufacturing issues, leading improvement projects, and providing technical support across departments. Familiarity with CNC, CAM, and CAD tools is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 2 years for degree holders, or 7 years for diploma/non-degree holders.
• Basic knowledge of CNC, CAM, and machine setup.
• Familiarity with basic SPC tools and measurement tools.
• Understanding of Control Plans and FA/ISI documents.
