Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Relevant work experience in automation and engineering fields.
• Required language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle of project implementation including planning, execution, and closure.
• Create and execute project Gantt charts to meet milestones.
• Document project details and manage the budget.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in the full life cycle of project implementation, covering project planning, execution, monitoring & control, risk management, go‑live and project closure.
• Create a project Gantt chart and execute it in a timely manner to ensure project milestones are achieved or the project is closed on time.
• Document project details, including Scope of Work (SOW), Gantt Chart, Change Requests, Buyoff List, User Manuals, etc., using document templates provided by the PMO.
• Manage the project budget, balancing the project timeline and scope.
• Develop and manage project plans and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Plan and execute knowledge transfer from the Project Realization Sales Department to the Customer Support Department after project closure.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Preferred candidates should have relevant work experiences in automation and engineering fields.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Required skill(s): SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, Google Drive & tools and project management tools.
• Candidates with PMP certification are considered advantageous.
