Job Summary

The job is responsible and takes charge of production and warehouse. The purpose of the job is to plan and monitor production program, plan maintenance program, diagnosis and report of mechanical, technical or electrical malfunction with maintenance department.

Job Responsibilities

• Mill operational program.
• Supervising, monitoring and delegating task or job to production staff and contract workers.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Department on maintenance program.
• Report any mechanical, technical or electrical malfunction.
• Coordinate with QC department on quality and food safety aspect.
• Diagnosis of arising issue in mechanical, technical and quality areas.

Education & Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): process control, supervision, cleaning, maintenance, food safety, Good analytical skills, Good observatory skills, occupational safety, good interpersonal & communication skill, willing to learn & pro‑active.
• Possess own transport.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

At least 1-2Year(s) of working experience in the related field/factory / production line.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

• Familiar in the process and machine related to flour production and food safety system.
• Positive and critical thinking
• Flour milling technical skill – added advantage
