• Coordinate with departments for project requirements.
• Act as a coordinator with Consultants and Contractors.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or any related field

Experience in Construction and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) would be an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skills

Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines)

A team player and possesses a good teamwork

Excellent user of Power Point, Excel and Word

Willing to travel as and when required

Position is based in Perodua Sentral, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities

• To conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed project proposals.
• To prepare the preliminary building design.
• To create technical drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BQ) for procurement and construction activities.
• To prepare the project cost estimation and establish project timelines.
• To liaise with related authorities on Development Orders to secure necessary approvals on building plans and Certification of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
• To lead the tender preparations and tender evaluation process.
• To coordinate with internal related departments to ensure operational requirements are met for building construction and renovation projects.
• To be the coordinator with Consultants and Contractors throughout the construction activity.
