Job Summary

Join INNOBOOSTER by JLCPCB as an Engineer Assistant, a fresh‑graduate‑friendly role designed for engineering graduates who want to enter the PCB / PCBA manufacturing industry.

You will support global customers by coordinating technical information, project requirements, and order progress between customers and our engineering and production teams. Comprehensive training will be provided — no prior PCB industry experience is required.

This role is not a sales position and focuses on technical coordination, communication, and problem‑solving.

What You Will Do

• Act as a coordination point between customers and internal engineering / production teams
• Support customers by handling technical and order‑related inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Assist in clarifying engineering requirements, specifications, and project details
• Coordinate with China HQ on order status, technical questions, and issue resolution
• Track cases and updates using internal systems to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution and positive customer experience
• Learn to identify common PCB / PCBA issues and elevate complex cases when needed
