Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are essential. This role also involves managing customs clearance activities and implementing warehouse KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in logistics/warehouse, with leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse systems.
• Familiar with safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with LMW regulations.
• Handle all customs clearance activities.
• Oversee accurate inventory management via ERP/WMS systems.
• Lead kitting and line-feeding processes.
• Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs.
• Plan and execute cycle counts and audits.
• Supervise and evaluate a team of logistics personnel.
• Coordinate scrap disposal and RTV processes.
• Manage import/export logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
