Qualifications

• Able to converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Must have a trustworthy, patient, and friendly attitude towards customers.
• Must be willing to work during retail hours.
• Must be computer literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Representing the company and promoting products to walk-in customers.
• Interacting with customers and attending to their queries and feedback.
• Receiving service sets from customers and providing after-sales services.
• Providing product information and selling products and services.
• Daily stock and inventory check.
• Minimal housekeeping.
• Reports directly to Sales Manager/Outlet Manager.
