Qualifications

Job Summary

Conduct feasibility studies, ensure compliance with codes and standards, perform maintenance, manage projects to stay on budget and schedule, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on advancements in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Drawing Review
• Responsible for reviewing product drawings, material quotas, and electrical processes
• Tooling Design and Process Preparation for Product Drawings
• Responsible for product electrical design
• Responsible for customizing product electrical solutions
• Responsible for preparing product electrical process specifications
• Provide Process Technical Support to the Production Workshop
• Provide timely and accurate technical information to the workshop
• Promptly and effectively address process issues related to this area of expertise during production and report major issues to leadership promptly.
• Responsible for technical training for workshop workers.
• Supervise and inspect the implementation of process discipline in the production workshop.
• Continuously Improve Professional Technical Skills in Process Work
• Participate in the formulation of the company's product technical standards
• Continuously learn and introduce new technologies and processes.
• Improve existing production processes to improve product quality and reduce costs.
• Manufacturing cost control for welding equipment - KR1: Reasonable BOM calculation and specification selection, no excessive waste; KR2: Cost deviation and standard budget; KR3: Continuous equipment improvement, significant reduction in labor and material costs; KR4: Complete at least two equipment optimization measures throughout the year.
• Accuracy and timeliness of equipment operation training.
• On-site technical support for stable equipment operation - Robot arm programming design and improvement, equipment PLC programming design and improvement.
• On-site operation instruction document output and review and proofreading of technical instruction documents - Timely output of operation instructions according to equipment production requirements, review and proofreading of technical instruction documents as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited program
• Mathematical, physics, and computer science knowledge to create new methods for using electrical power and managing electrical components。
• More than 3 years of experience
• Circuit theory, power systems, electromagnetics, and digital logic design. Key technical skills include circuit design and analysis, simulation software (like MATLAB or SPICE)
