Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
  • Assist the e-commerce operations team with onboarding to hit online sales targets
  • Shoot and measure merchandise
    • Edit and upload products
    • Order fulfilment
    • Warehouse management
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
  • Work closely with SG e-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly
  • Coordinate with part-timers to plan monthly work schedule
  • Provide customer support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
  • Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
  • Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Qualifications
  • Diploma/degree in the related field
  • Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred)
  • Good command of English
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented, organised and has good time management
  • Able to work independently and display strong initiatives
  • Working hours from 9:30am - 5:30pm | Monday to Friday - Work From Office
  • Able to commute to the office located in Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru City Square)
