We are looking for a nurturing, energetic, and organised Early Childhood Educator who will also oversee the after-school programme. This role combines classroom teaching with the planning and coordination of engaging after-school activities that support holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
  • Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the Malaysian Ministry of Education, Ontario Ministry of Education, and/or International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP).
  • Develop and adapt learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological growth.
  • Plan and organize activities that promote students’ physical, intellectual, and emotional development beyond regular school hours.
  • Supervise students during after-school hours, ensuring a safe and healthy environment until they are picked up.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to teaching and learning, maintain accurate records of student attendance, activities, and programme operations.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities, student counselling, and school marketing initiatives.
  • Support and guide staff involved in the programme, promoting ongoing professional learning.
  • Follow school procedures for invoicing and receipting payments from parents/guardians.
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions and responsibilities.
Requirements
