Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Malaysia is seeking a candidate for an E&I engineering role. The successful candidate will have up to three years of experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering, preferably within the oil & gas or heavy industry. Responsibilities include supporting E&I fabrication and installation activities, providing engineering support, assisting in testing and commissioning, and ensuring compliance with HSE rules and project specifications. Qualifications

• 0-3 years' experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
• Experience in the oil & gas or heavy industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with HSE rules and IEC/ATEX standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Support E&I fabrication and installation activities according to project specifications.
• Provide engineering and technical assistance by reviewing designs and preparing materials.
• Assist in testing and pre-commissioning activities such as instrument calibration.
• Coordinate with teams for inspections and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with schedule and quality requirements.
